Property Conditions Assessment

The purpose of a Property Condition Assessment (PCA) is to observe and report on the physical condition of the subject property and to provide professional recommendations regarding future issues including technical, safety and financial risks.

This is a process where we identify deficiencies of a property and develop an opinion of the current physical condition and any material, physical deficiencies followed by recommendations for rectifications.

We involve independent laboratories to carry our any required material test and produce the necessary report. We use such report for analyzing the data which shall be a comprehensive tool for preparation of our report and recommendations.
